Other than expected...
After traveling for 7 years, 3.400 hours meditation in silence, 100+ days in Vipassana worldwide, I stumbled into the presence of a living Master by accident...And: it all started on the surfboard in Australia.
***Until then I had everything I need. Yet, it's been always just a curtain hiding my suffering and confusion, but when I caught my first wave something happened.
***No thoughts... For the first time ever my head was empty and this has been the start of a new journey: to stay like that not only in the water.
***After years of trying out literally everything possible I finally found something that actually works and made a massive difference in day to day life.
🍀For the beginning this has been: Vipassana by Goenka and Hatha Yoga of Sadhguru, which I practiced very intensely for about 4-5 hours a day for the next 4 years.
***Without any effort I stopped to drink, smoking, drugs, my party life and a bunch of other unhealthy habits I would not get rid off for decades with absolute ease.

On a random journey through India I met my teacher in a remote area I would had never expect him to be who indeed teaches me how to surf life with ease.Finally, all those efforts led to this extreme fortunate opportunity: a person, who does not 'surf anymore', ONE with the vast ocean of life......that now I am happy to share with you everything practically working out for myself as It made such a difference in my life that I can't just keep it for myself.↓
