After traveling for 7 years, more than 4000 hours of meditation in silence, 100+ days in Vipassana centers worldwide, I stumbled into the presence of a living Master.On a surfboard in Australia
***I had everything I need. Yet unknowingly I’ve been hiding some real issues deep down behind my abundant lifestyle following me wherever I would go like a shadow in my mind, but then:
***Catching my first wave in the ocean I had no thoughts and since a long time my head was just empty. These moments sparked up a new direction to live like that, not only in the water.
***After years of trying out literally everything possible I finally found something that worked out and made a massive difference in how I experience day to day life now.
🍀In the very beginning this has been Vipassana by S.N. Goenka & Hatha Yoga of Sadhguru, which I practiced very intensely for about 4- 5 hours a day in the next 4 years with no break.
***Without any effort I would stop to drink, smoke and quit a bunch of other habits I could not get rid off for decades with absolute ease just by itself. It was yet only the very beginning.

🍀Then, through a fellow Sadhaka’s brief recommendation I met a very special person in remote south India, where I did never expect such human to be. Life has never been same since.
***All those efforts led to this very fortunate opportunity: a person who mastered life in every way, which is willing to teach in no try to get anywhere anymore as just a mirror of life as it is…
